Appartamento accogliente e in posizione strategica sia per spostarsi in auto e sia per spostarsi a piedi in quanto la fermata della metropolitana è a pochi metri. Comodo balcone Purtroppo a causa dei lavori stradali non è stato facile raggiungere appartamento. Naturalmente quando i lavori saranno finiti sarà davvero facile

Das Apartment war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Alles hat gepasst!

The apartment was very clean and provided with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The door is unlocked using an app in your smartphone. The nearby playground is new and great for small kids. The host is very friendly and replied fast. The large balcony had great views and we enjoyed many beautiful sunrises/moonrises.
The Finnoo metro station is right next to the apartment building but during the time of our stay (Sep-Oct 2025) there was a huge construction site (for the future shopping mall?) between the metro station and the apartment building so we had to use a detour in order to get to the metro station, which took about 8-10 minutes. I didn't actually dislike this because I enjoy walking but I can understand some people may disagree. There is no free parking area immediately nearby. The two parking spaces next to the apartment building only allows 15 minutes quick parking. There is a garage building opposite the street but it cost 5e/day or 90e/month. There are several free parking areas within walking distance (7-10 mins) away but sometimes they can be full. We have noticed the best one (highest chance of being vacant) is located at Harppuunakuja but you have to use the parking disc from 6-18 on weekdays which allows free parking for 4 hours.

Es un alojamiento muy confortable y muy luminoso, perfecto para una estancia de varios días cerca de Helsinki y en el tranquilo Espoo. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones y es muy tranquilo.
