Finnoo is a new area by the metro - just 1 stop from the bustling Iso Omena, or 20min to the Helsinki citycenter. You are a short walk from the seaside and the famous 'Espoo rantaraitti', a seaside walk spanning the whole coast of Espoo (40km+). A nature reserve, popular for bird spotting, is right in front of the building. The area is very peaceful and suburban. Nearest supermarkets Lidl & K-Market are around 1 km away, and large supermarkets are found in Iso Omena one metro stop away.

The full apartment is reserved for your use. The 12th floor common sauna can be booked between hours of 11-22. The cost is 20€/hour, and you will have access to a changing room, shower facilities, as well as a private balcony to cool down. Street parking is available free of charge. The next door garage parking costs 5e/24h or 50e/month for longer bookings.

The metro is just 200m from the apartment, which makes the area very accessible to Helsinki City Center, Iso Omena, Tapiola, or Otaniemi. The metro will take you to the city center in 22min, Tapiola in 8min and Aalto University in 10min. Buses to other locations in Espoo also go from just outside the apartment. Free parking is available on certain streets nearby. An indoor garage next door to the flat is accessible for just 5e/24h.
